Bar Rettel – Wild Art & Craft respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on the Site, how it is used and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. You are not legally obliged to provide information, but without some of it we cannot process an order or get back to you.
What information is collected
- When you order: name, phone, email, shipping address and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored on the Site.
- Contact and workshop forms: name, phone, email and the content of your message.
- Newsletter (“Join the circle”): name and email.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and cookies needed to run the Site, such as keeping your cart and your language choice.
How the information is used
- To process orders, ship them and provide customer service.
- To answer enquiries and arrange workshops.
- To send updates – only to people who asked to join the circle. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to an email or using the unsubscribe link.
- To keep the Site running properly and securely, and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping.
Sharing with third parties
Your information is never sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared only as needed with service providers that help run the Site and fulfil orders – the payment provider, couriers, the hosting company and email services – or where required by law. Some of these providers may store information outside Israel. Purchases made through Etsy are subject to Etsy’s own privacy policy.
Security & retention
The Site uses an encrypted connection (SSL) and reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No system can be guaranteed to be completely immune to intrusion.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work – keeping your cart, remembering your language and security. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site, such as the cart, may then stop working.
Your rights
