General
- The website “Bar Rettel – Wild Art & Craft” (the “Site”) is operated by Bar Rettel (the “Artist” or the “Site owner”), and is used to present and sell handmade artworks and to arrange workshops.
- Using the Site or placing an order through it constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

The creations
- All creations are handmade from natural materials, and every creation is one of a kind. Colors may differ slightly between the photos on the Site and the creation itself, depending on lighting and your screen.
- The creations are decorative art pieces, not toys. Some include small parts, metal wire or electrical components, and should be kept out of reach of young children.
- Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
Orders & payment
- Prices on the English site are shown in US dollars. Shipping is not included in the price of the creation and is shown before you complete your purchase. Import duties or taxes in the destination country, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- An order is binding only once payment has been approved. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
- Payment is processed by a secure payment provider. Card details are not stored on the Site.
- Because each creation exists as a single piece and is also offered in my Etsy shop, in rare cases a creation may be sold in both places at the same time. If this happens I will contact you right away, and you may choose between a similar commissioned piece or a full refund.
Shipping, cancellations & returns

- Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. A cancellation notice can be sent in writing, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Custom-made creations produced to the customer’s specification cannot be cancelled once work on them has begun, in accordance with the law.
Workshops
- Workshop details (date, location, number of participants and price) are agreed personally and confirmed in advance.
- Cancellation terms for a workshop are agreed at the time of booking, subject to the law.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site – the design of the creations, photos, stories, texts and logo – belongs to Bar Rettel and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, published or used commercially without prior written permission. Buying a creation does not grant the right to reproduce its design.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and up to date, but errors or technical faults may occur. In the case of an obvious error in price or description, the Site owner may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law.
Privacy & accessibility
The use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Information about the accessibility of the Site is available in the Accessibility Statement.
Governing law
These Terms and any use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
